What are the Wheels of Life?


The Wheels of Life are a tool that helps you assess your level of satisfaction and balance in eight key areas of your life: career, finances, health, family and friends, romance, personal growth, fun and recreation, and physical environment. By rating each area on a scale of 1 to 10, you can create a visual representation of how your life looks like right now, and identify which areas need more attention or improvement.

What is RTT?


RTT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy, a revolutionary method that combines the best of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuroscience and cognitive behavioral therapy. RTT can help you access your subconscious mind, where all your beliefs, habits, emotions and memories are stored, and change them for the better.

5 Steps to Find Your Life Purpose with the Wheels of Life and RTT


Now that you know what the Wheels of Life and RTT are, here are 5 Steps to Find Your Life Purpose with the Wheels of Life and RTT:


Step 1: Complete the Wheels of Life exercise. You can find a template online or create your own. Rate each area of your life on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 means very dissatisfied and 10 means very satisfied. Then draw a line connecting the dots to form a wheel. The more balanced the wheel is, the more balanced your life is. The more uneven the wheel is, the more areas need improvement.


Step 2: Reflect on your results. Ask yourself these questions:

- Which areas are you most satisfied with? Why?

- Which areas are you least satisfied with? Why?

- What are the gaps between where you are now and where you want to be?

- What are the actions you can take to close those gaps?

- How would improving those areas affect your overall happiness and well-being?


Step 3: Book a session with an RTT therapist. You can find a certified RTT therapist online or in person. During the session, the therapist will guide you through a process of hypnosis, regression, transformation and reprogramming. You will be able to access your subconscious mind and uncover the root cause of any issues or challenges that may be blocking you from finding or pursuing your life purpose. You will also be able to replace any negative beliefs or patterns with positive ones that support your vision and goals.


Step 4: Listen to the recording. After the session, the therapist will provide you with a personalized recording that reinforces the changes made in your subconscious mind. You will need to listen to this recording every day for at least 21 days to consolidate the new beliefs and behaviors. The recording will also help you stay motivated and focused on your life purpose.


Step 5: Take action. Based on the insights gained from the Wheels of Life exercise and the RTT session, create an action plan that outlines the steps you need to take to achieve your goals in each area of your life. Break down each goal into smaller tasks that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound. Schedule these tasks in your calendar and commit to doing them. Monitor your progress and celebrate your achievements.
